Stanard told 83 Degrees that “We are not an order taking, one-size-fits-all web design firm.” He went on to say that “We take a consultative approach with our clients, evaluating their business needs and offering them a website that fits those needs. At least 50 percent of my clients have had a bad experience with a design firm, so we try to be as responsive as possible answering the phones directly and getting things done on time and within budget.
